As we all know, carbohydrates are very essential to the body because it is the main source of energy needed by the body. <p>One negative benefit from ingesting too much carbohydrate is tooth decay. Certainly, the teeth is more exposed on these kind of foods and so tooth decay would be obvious with continuous exposure to sugar that we can get from these junk foods. That is why eating no carb foods is good to practice while we are still young. Another negative effect that it could cause is the development of body fats. Definitely, all of us would not want a body that is plump or overweight. Majority of the women would surely agree of these.</p>
<p>Too much carbs would also stimulate your appetite in eating. Positively, you will crave for more food which would cause you to store unhealthy fats.
